Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Our Online Packages are considered subscription memberships. There are no full or prorated refunds for subscription memberships. However, since all subscriptions are recurring, you may cancel at anytime. Simply email sales@certifiablyfit.com at least 5 business days before your renewal date and your subscription membership will be canceled.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email within 24 hours with your login and password to our online training page.
