Do I have to workout in a gym or buy a bunch of special equipment?
Nope! If you plan on working out from home or from a gym our trainer will design your program with that in mind. Our trainer will ask you what equipment you have available when they design your workouts so that there is no need to buy anything extra unless you wanted to.
If I wanted to get equipment to use at home what would you recommend?
Honestly for us to make a good recommendation we need to know what your fitness goals are. This is the perfect question to ask our trainer when you begin your program. They will be able to make recommendations that fit your specific needs.
How long until I see results?
Exercise has a cumulative effect. If you are consistent with workouts and follow the meal recommendations we provide, we typically see noticeable physical changes in 3 weeks.
